Over the last few years, a movement has begun to grow quietly across America. Women began to wake up and take notice of creeping changes to our culture, political system, and modern lifestyles. Something seemed amiss. Was it the economy? Was it because we woke up and realized we had never really paid attention before? Issues like sustainability, liberty, security and survival swirled in our heads. We started reading books by authors named Hayek, Barton and D’Souza.
We became mothers: first-time, sixth-time, step-mothers, aunties, grandmothers, pet mothers, and more. We felt an increased responsibility to educate ourselves, to build strong communities, to strengthen our relationships and try to stand up for what we believe.
Mom Prepares is where we will build our online community. The writers have one goal: to bring you the best information, inspiration, and community possible. Mom Prepares comes from the Christian faith, with Conservative & Libertarian political philosophies and a liberty-minded perspective.
Mom Prepares features women who are married, divorced, single, grandmothers, dog moms, aunties, and even non-moms. We are building a strong teen section to help support the teen community as they lead the way for the next generation.
